7. CLOSED MEETING - Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.074

7.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically non-exempt employee compensation.

7.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to seek the advise of the Board's attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551, specifically the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically non-exempt employee compensation.

8. RECONVENE - Open meeting to vote on matters considered in closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, to take action necessary regarding:
