Consideration and possible action, pursuant to Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, regarding retention of Pearson Legal, P.C. as contingent fee counsel to represent the District, including in potential litigation, concerning construction defects of the District’s facilities at Elsie Robertson Lancaster STEM Middle School, West Main Elementary School and Pleasant Run Elementary School.
 

6.D. Consideration and possible action to authorize Superintendent Dr. A.K. Perera to review, approve, and sign the Board Meeting Minutes regarding the June 27, 2024 meeting once such Minutes are typed and in final form, including at any time before any meeting of the Board in June 2024.
