If a Contract is Unable to be Reached with the Highest Ranked Proposer, the Board of Trustees Authorizes the Superintendent to End Contract Negotiations Formally and in Writing and then Begin Negotiations with the Next Ranked Proposer Until a Satisfactory Contract is Reached.
