VIII.f. Evaluation of the Superintendent
Description:
The board has discussed giving Dr. Hodges a rating of not evaluated for the 24-25 school year. This is because the new state requirements require aligning the superintendent's goals to the district's goals. The district's goals were created as part of the strategic planning process. In July, the board will give Dr. Hodges evaluation goals that tie directly to the year one goals of the strategic plan.
