Description:
Currently there are 4 quotes for consideration for the board by Johnson Controls:
In the Controls PSA these are recommended so that you are addressing any issues the school may be experiencing and they can be seen in one location at the computer, so the problems are addressed before the classrooms experiences issues.
While all of these proposals are important, consideration should be given to the BAS upgrade and the Roof Top Integration to complete the systems being upgraded and the remainder of the Roof Top Units to have visibility on the BAS system. In reference to the PSA’s, I have carefully gotten with our mechanics and techs to make sure the time allotted for completing the maintenance work was proposed as to not cost the school and with the minimum amount of time to complete the tasks on the tasking lists. If you have any questions regarding any of this, please reach out to me and I will get you any and all information requested to help you understand any of this more clearly. Thanks in advance,
Rich Gornick |
