Consideration and Possible Action to delegate authority to the Superintendent of Schools to serve and represent the District on the RDSPD Management Board to take all necessary program action on behalf of the District with the exception of withdrawing the District from membership in the RDSPD and anticipated or potential litigation regarding the RDSPD agreement, both of which are reserved for Board action.

IV.B. Consideration and Possible Action to retain the law firm of Walsh Gallegos Kyle Robinson & Roalson P.C. for joint representation in drafting, revising, and advising the Districts in matters related to the RDSPD Agreement

IV.C. Consideration and Possible Action to give 10 Covid Days to all employees

IV.D. Consideration and Possible Action to approve a budget for feeding athletes at away games that are a certain number of miles away from Savoy as selected by the board.
