1. PUBLIC HEARING 7:00 P.M.

2. CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL MEETING IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE TISD BUDGET FOR 2021-2022.
|
|
3. CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to (Texas Gov't Code Section 551.071) the Board will conduct a closed session to discuss items with legal counsel and/or consultants and deliberate on information concerning possible economic development projects (Texas Gov't Code 551.087).
|
|
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Description:
Persons who wish to participate in this portion of the meeting shall sign up with the presiding officer or designee at the district central administration office no later than 3:00 P.M. the day of the meeting and shall indicate the topic about which they wish to speak. Please understand that no presentation shall exceed 3 minutes unless the speaker is non-English speaker who requires a translator and will then have up to 6 minutes to speak. If a translator is required, the speaker shall notify the district at the time they sign up, if not before. See Board Policy BED (LOCAL) BED (LEGAL).

6.A. Discussion and possible action to accept the Project Colin Application for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, to authorize the Superintendent to review the Application for completeness and submit to the Comptroller, and to authorize the Superintendent to enter into any agreement to extend the deadline for Board action beyond 150 days, subject to Board ratification.
