Board Goal 3 - The percentage of students who perform at the meets grade level or above on the ELAR STAAR/EOC will increase from 27% in June 2022 to 60% by June 2027.

GPM 3.1 - RECC - The percentage of Kindergarten students scoring at or above grade level norm on EOY MAP Reading will increase from 88% to 90% by June 2024.
RE - ELA MAP assessment performance at meets grade level will increase from 25% in 2023 to 32% in 2024. RE - ELA CBA assessment performance at meets grade level will increase from 28% in 2023 to 34% in 2024. LSOA - ELA Interim 3rd through 7th grade assessment performance at the meets grade level will increase from 34% to 38% by May 2024. LSOA - The percentage of 3rd through 7th grade students scoring at or above grade level norm on EOY MAP Reading will increase from 20% to 50% by May 2024. RCHS - ELA CBA assessments will increase from 40% to 49% by June 2024. RCHS - ELA MAP Growth will increase from 32% to 41% by June 2024. |

The recommendation is to approve this vehicle. This vehicle will replace the truck that was involved in the accident in July 2023. We have recently learned from the insurance company that the vehicle involved in the accident was totaled.
Gunn Auto Group is part of the approved Buy Board Cooperative, thus satisfying the competitive bidding requirements. RCISD has received $37,316 dollars from our insurance company for the totaled vehicle involved in the accident in July 2023. |

Consider action to approve Cameron L. Gulley, CPA, Engagement Letter for years 2024 - 206 to conduct RCISD external financial audits
Description:
The recommendation is to approve the engagement letter in order for Mr. Gulley to conduct the RCISD external financial audit. The engagement letter secures the services of Mr. Gulley for the next three years (2024, 2025, & 2026). Please note, Mr. Gulley's fee increases by $500 dollars every year.

Consider action to approve the RCISD vote for the Fisher County Appraisal Board of Directors
Description:
The Fisher County Appriasal District allows RCISD vote for members of their Board of Directors. According to the communication from the Fisher County Appriasal District, uploaded, of the 5,000 total votes, RCISD may assign at most 135 votes. The votes may be assigned to one single candidate or may be divided between more than one candidate at the discretion of the board.
