Board Goal 1 - The percentage of students reading on grade level (meets grade level) at the end of 3rd grade will increase from 26% in June 2022 to 50% by June 2027 as measured by STAAR.

GPM 1.1 - The percentage of PreK students that score on grade level or above in CIRCLE Vocabulary will increase from 92% to 94% by June 2024.

GPM 1.2 - Roscoe ECC - Predicted performance on Content Based Assessment for Kindergarten scoring at or above grade level will increase from 94% to 95% in 2024.
LSOA - The percentage of K students scoring at or above grade level norm on EOY DIBELS Reading will increase from 45% to 50% by May 2024. |
GPM 1.3 - Roscoe Elementary - Predicted performance on Content Based Assessments for first grade scoring meets grade level will increase from 65% in 2023 to 72% in 2024.
LSOA - DIBELS Reading EOY predicted performance by 1st-grade students scoring at or above grade level norm will increase from 45% to 50% in May 2024. |
GPM 1.4 - Roscoe Elementary - Predicted performance on Content-Based Assessments for 2nd-grade scoring meets grade level will increase from 32% in 2023 to 39% in 2024.

The attached RCISD revised COVID Guidelines are aligned with the revised TEA and CDC COVID guidelines. The attached guidelines state that if an individual is COVID positive, that individual is able to return in 5 days with a negative test. RCISD initially adopted 10 days must be out if tested positive for COVID.
