Goal/Constraint Progress Measures - Board Goal3 and Board Goal 4 (40 min)

Board Goal 3 - The percentage of students who perform at the meets grade level or above on the ELAR STAAR/EOC will increase from 27% in June 2022 to 60% by June 2027.

GPM 3.1 - RECC - The percentage of Kindergarten students scoring at or above grade level norm on EOY MAP Reading will increase from 88% to 90% by June 2024.
RE - ELA MAP assessment performance at meets grade level will increase from 25% in 2023 to 32% in 2024. RE - ELA CBA assessment performance at meets grade level will increase from 28% in 2023 to 34% in 2024. LSOA - ELA Interim 3rd through 7th grade assessment performance at the meets grade level will increase from 34% to 38% by May 2024. LSOA - The percentage of 3rd through 7th grade students scoring at or above grade level norm on EOY MAP Reading will increase from 20% to 50% by May 2024. RCHS - ELA CBA assessments will increase from 40% to 49% by June 2024. RCHS - ELA MAP Growth will increase from 32% to 41% by June 2024. |

Consider action to approve the Interlocal Agreement between RCISD and the Sweetwater-Nolan County Health Department
Description:
The Interlocal Agreement is for the health department to use RCISD facilities in the case of a public health emergency.
I recommend approving the Interlocal Agreement. |
Consider action to approve the School Pass Visitor & Student Management System Quote in the amount of $9,905 dollars.
Description:
RCISD has been researching Management Systems. I recommend RCISD adopts and implements the School Pass system. The School Pass system will allow our campus administrators to screen visitors, check sex offender background system, and many other capabilities as described in the attached quote. Please be informed that the quote is for the software only. RCISD will need a tablet for each facility as well.
There are two other quotes also attached, both from Raptor, that were considered for your information. |
Consider action to approve the Acevedo Farm & Ranch quote for pipe fencing in the amount of $11,895.
Description:
The pipe fence is for additional fencing needed at the STEM Center. Three quotes were gathered. The recommendation is to approve the Acevedo Farm & Ranch quote.
