7.A. Consider action to approve the Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting that was held on February 13, 2024.

7.B. Consider action to approve giving the Superintendent hiring authority until the next regularly scheduled board meeting.

7.C. Consider action to approve the 2024-25 Fairview Accelerated Education CO-OP Contract to provide education services through a shared arrangement.

7.D. Approve a resolution regarding the emergency procurements for the 2023 water damage restoration construction project related to the hail storm.

7.E. Consider awarding the contract for the BISD food service program for the 2024-2025 to Southwest Foodservice Excellence LLC.

8. Executive Session

8.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student. 

8.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee,specifically regarding the contracts of teachers, nurses, counselors, and diagnosticians. 

8.C. Ratify the resignations of employees that have been received by the Superintendent
