8.A. Consider approval of Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting held on Monday, December 11, 2023 and Special Board Meetings held on Friday, December 15, 2023 and Friday, January 5, 2024.

8.B. Consider action to approve the 2022-2023 Ballinger ISD Financial Audit as presented by Cathy Pitcock with Eckert and Company.

8.C. Consider action to approve the Request for Proposal to provide food services for Ballinger ISD for the 2024-2025 school year.

8.D. DISCUSSION ITEM - Senate Bill 763 requires ISDs to vote on whether to adopt a policy that would authorize individual campuses to employ/accept a chaplain as a volunteer.  This will be an action item at the regular February Board Meeting.

9.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student. 

9.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; Specifically, to discuss contract, duties, employment, and annual evaluation of Superintendent Jeff Butts.

9.C. Ratify the resignations of employees that have been received by the Superintendent
