7.A. Consider action to approve the Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting that was held on April 12, 2021.

7.B. Consider action to approve Jacob and Martin to provide schematic design and cost evaluation for renovating the Science labs and restrooms at Ballinger High School and to assess the possible foundation issues in the athletic area of Ballinger High School. 

7.C. Consider action to temporarily delegate to the Superintendent final hiring authority for employment of contract employees

7.D. Consider action to approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Head Start Program at Ballinger ISD for the 2021-2022 School Year.

7.E. Consider action to approve Region 15 Education Service Center eContracts for the 2021-2022 School Year.

8. Executive Session

8.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student. 

8.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee. 

8.C. Ratify the resignations of employees that have been received by the Superintendent

8.D. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.076, to deliberate matters of school safety and security.
