8.E. Consider action to approve the COVID-19 Extended Leave Program for Ballinger ISD Employees. 

8.E.1. COVID-19 Extended Leave Program Information:
The paid leave afforded to employees by the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) expired on December 31, 2020.  Any employee who has not exhausted available leave under the FFCRA prior to that date will no longer be eligible to utilize the FFCRA's paid leave protections as of January 1st, 2021.  The Board can choose to adopt this resolution in order for Ballinger ISD employees to be able to untilze any remaining days left over from the FFCRA in 2020.

9.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student.
