9.B.1. Consider/Approve the resolution regarding the Extracurricular status of Upshur County 4-H for the 2025-2026 school year. 

10. EXECUTIVE/CLOSED SESSION - The Board of Trustees will conduct an Executive/Closed Session pursuant to the following provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001 et seq. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in Open Session. 
          A. 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney: A governmental body may conduct a private consultation with its attorney when the governmental body seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, or a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter; 
1. Consultation with school attorney re: Possible settlement of Cause No. 184-23, Berry & Clay v. Union Grove ISD, and regarding other confidential matters - Tex. Govt. Code §551.071
2. Conduct Level Three appeal of student discipline matter and deliberation re: same - Tex. Govt. Code §551.082 and §551.0821
          B.  551.076 - Deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; 
          C.  551.082 - Deliberate a case involving the discipline of a public school child or complaint or charge brought against an employee of the School District by another employee and the complaint or charge directly results in a need for a hearing; 
          D.  551.0821 - Deliberate a matter regarding a student or students where personally identifiable information about students will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation;
