5. Presentation: Mrs. Tinsley will present the Statement of Officer and Oath of Office duly sworn and signed by Felix Serna, trustee. Board Secretary, Gerardo Medellin will present Mr. Serna with a "Certificate of Election."

6. Discussion and/or Action to reorganize the Board of Trustees. 

7. Discussion and/or Action to approve membership renewal with Walsh Gallegos' Legal Retainer Program. 

8. Discussion and/or Action to nominate a trustee for Region 2 seat on the TASB Board.
