II.1. The board will meet in executive session "to consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (b) (f)
All matters discussed during the executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. |

V.1. The board will meet in executive session to "conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (d) and to "consider records that are exempt by law from public inspection," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (f).
Executive Sessions involving deliberations with persons to carry on labor negotiations, or to consider the expulsion of a student or matters pertaining to a student's confidential medical records, are not open to the news media. |
