II. Discussion: Conduct team building and goal-setting workshop for the 2011-12 school year.

III. Closed Session: Consider personnel matters with regard to confirmation of hiring/employing professional personnel, resignations, assignments and complaints. Hire personnel. Consider discipline of a public school child, or complaint or charge against personnel.

IV. Re-open meeting.

V. Discussion/Action: Consider items discussed in closed session.
