(For Possible Action) Discussion and possible action regarding a resolution designed as the "2024 School Improvement Bond Resolution" declaring the necessity of incurring a bonded indebtedness on behalf of Lyon County School District for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, improving, and equipping school facilities; authorizing the issuance of the Lyon County School District, General Obligation (Limited Tax) School Improvement Bonds, Series 2024, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $14,000,000; and providing the terms, conditions and form of the bonds.
