7. SUPERINTENDENT REPORT: Opportunity for Superintendent to report items of interest. Items to be presented but not limited to:

8. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Opportunity for Citizens to Address the Board (no action will be taken on any item until it is properly agendized). Items raised under this portion of the agenda cannot be deliberated or acted upon until the notice procedures of the open meeting law have been met. If you wish to speak on a matter not listed on the agenda, please step up to the front table, be seated, and clearly state your name. In consideration of others please avoid repetition. Your comments must be limited to no more than three minutes. Should you have more comments, you may submit them in writing to the Board Clerk. Comments directed to the Board as a whole, personal attacks, or slanderous remarks shall not be allowed.

10. CONSENT ITEM: Donations: Discussion and possible action to acknowledge and approve the generous donation made to Cottonwood Elementary School.

13.A. Review and discussion of the enrollment and capacity reports from all Lyon County School District attendance areas.

13.B. Review and discussion of the Lyon County School District Master Facility Plan with a special emphasis on the board adopted Option 4B on page 76.

13.C. Review and discussion of the current estimated construction costs of elementary, middle and high schools as of the summer of 2017.

13.D. Review and discussion of Lyon County School District projected bonding capacity as of September 2017.

13.E. Review and discussion of how the Board of Trustees and LCSD Administration can begin exploring and inquiring about the variety of means for addressing the potential growth of student populations and facility needs in the Lyon County School District.
