C.A) Consider and possible action to approve budget amendments.

C.B) Consider and possible action to approve tax rate for 2022-2023 school year.

C.C) Consider and possible action to approve additional ($20,000.00) from General Fund Balance for the Gym Bleacher replacement project.

C.D) Consider and possible action to review and rank Architect qualifications, and select an Architect to provide design and construction administration for the District's upcoming construction projects, and delegating authority to the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the final contract.
