Superintendent Gegg reported on financial status of the school district. |

Discussion:
Chris Lewis is signed up to attend the Back to the Basics of School Law seminar in Kearney tomorrow. The NASB's SWEAT (Student, Wellness, Education & Training) will be held in Kearney on April 12-13th. |

4.c. Superintendent's report
Discussion:
NDE's school improvement external visit scheduled for April 12th, Mr. Kenton and Mrs. Meyer have been coordinating with visitation leader Dr. Meyer of UNK. In process of completeing Office of Civil Rights survey that's due April 26th, expecting it to take a couple more weeks to complete. In the process of completeing District Saftey Plan. HIgh School track has begun 18 girls and 16 boy are out. The first track meet is March 16th at Doane. Golf has started 6 boys and 1 participating. The team is practicing at the Wood River golf course. |

4.d. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
PK-6 enrollment 161 students, Pre-school registration was March 3rd we are expecting a full class, Kindergarden registration scheduled for March 31st, Team-mates community intrest meeting scheduled for March 16th at 5:30, REI coaching visit was Febuary 14-15 with Bonnie Caites.

4.e. High School Principal Report
Discussion:
7-12 enrollment 128 students, working on framework for 2017-2018 class schedules, Handbook commitee working on cleaning up procedural items, Working up coaching positions for 2017-2018 year, ACT assessment parent information meeting was Febuary 27. |

4.f. Buildings & Grounds report-Roofing Review
Discussion:
Presentation by Kent Marschman from Tremco about the school's roof conditions with recommendations and repair/replacement bids from contractors. |
