1. Probationary Teacher Evaluations: All probationary teachers are required to have one full observation and evaluation completed during each semester of their first three years. This observation must be for a full-class period. Please make sure you have a signed copy in their file. 2. Administrator Evaluations: All of your evaluations are posted and collaboration is open for you to work with Dr. Gibbons to input your growth for first semester. Please have these updated by tomorrow, December 1st. 3. Early Retirement Eligibility: The early retirement policy will be on the December board meeting for approval. If approved, this will be an extension of the policy for 3 more years. Sally updated the list of teachers meeting the minimum age of 55, BA 45/Masters Degree or equivalent and 10 years of service.. In order to be eligible for state retirement, they must also meet the Rule of 85. 4. Friday All-Staff Zoom: We will be hosting an all-staff zoom meeting on Friday. I will be at the high school gym. Following the zoom meeting, we will have refreshments at the high school commons area and people will be able to walk over and see the newly remodeled "Performing Arts Auditorium". I will visit with Jeff Droge as to other places to set up for the meeting or if we will all meet at the high school gym. 5. Required Safety Training: Dr. Gibbons will keep you informed of your staff needing to complete these training sessions. 6. Health Screens: Carol Reha has organized health screens again on the morning of the strategic planning meeting, January 18th.
