Discussion:
Mr. Karpe gave the superintendent's report. He went over the utilities and transportation reports. He updated the board on the band trailer purchase. The company will use the trailer as their showcase model for a band convention in Texas this month, then it will be delivered to us. Mr. Karpe also gave the principal's report. Elementary is participating in the kindness challenge this month. They also have a book fair coming up soon. Middle school academic team will advance to area. Also, the high school boys' basketball won the Dickson tournament in December.

Discussion:
Mr. Karpe discussed the Heatly tournament. He was very proud of how our employees conducted themselves. He was disappointed in other schools and referees for their actions.
