4.1. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Best reviewed his written report. In addition he reported that Heartland will host the conference One-Act Play competition on November 17th. High school classes will most likely be dismissed on that day with Elementary still in session. Mr. Best also presented a picture of a potential welcome sign for the north side of the theater and said that the Art room is in need of updates and renovation.

4.2. Principals' Reports
Discussion:
Mrs. Houck reviewed her written report focusing on Student Assistance Teams, TIP Review, the new school picture company - Modern Images, and the recent Professional Development Day. She then presented a demonstration on the DIBELS Amplify program.
Mr. Carr reviewed his written report focusing on the band's performance at Harvest of Harmony, SENCAP special event day and other opportunities, Staff in-service, and enrollment numbers.
