4. Approve Agenda.

5. Board Work Session with Studer Education.
Discussion:
The Board conducted a work session facilitated by Dr. Casey Blochowiak from Studer Education. Dr. Blochowiak shared an overview of the work Studer Education is doing in the district with classified staff, certified staff, building/department administrators and the executive leadership team. She stated the executive leadership team is developing a district scorecard aligned with the Strategic Direction to show what student success at Douglas School District looks like. The Board can expect updates on the district scorecard three times during the school year.
