Discussion:
Attorney Theresa Miner then addressed the Council on the Wakefield Health Care Center (WHCC) retirement plan. WHCC recently contracted Cline Williams LLP to audit their records, and it was brought to their attention that WHCC employees were investing in an incorrect retirement plan. Cline Williams is requiring the City to approve the firm to proceed.
