Call to Order
Discussion:
President Burnside called a special meeting of the Stapleton Public Schools Board of Education to order at 9:02 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the Stapleton School Library in Stapleton.

District Mission Statement: The mission of Stapleton public schools is to support and prepare students to read with comprehension, compute mathematically, and utilize information and technology to create solutions for modern problems and to participate as a sovereign citizen in our democratic society.
Discussion:
The District Mission Statement and Vision Statement were read.

District Vision Statement: Our vision is to create and sustain an educational system that provides all students with the opportunity to practice and receive feedback in all academic areas to foster lifelong learning for future success.

Nebraska Open Meetings Law - posted in room.
Discussion:
President Burnside observed Open Meeting Law requirements.

Discussion:
Notice of the meeting was published in the Stapleton Enterprise on Thursday, June 25, 2026, and posted at five local businesses along with notice to the president of the board and all members prior to the meeting date.
