Discussion:
Julie Miller, General Counsel and Deputy Executive Director with OSSBA spoke with board members regarding the laws of the Open Meetings Act and Open Records Act. She discussed the difference between Robert's Rules of Order vs. The Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.
