3. BOARD TO CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION ON A RESOLUTION
DETERMINING THE MATURITIES OF, AND SETTING A DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR THE SALE OF THE $3,800,000.00 GENERAL OBLIGATION BUILDING BONDS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT.
Discussion:
Mr. Thompson recommended that Jeremy Baggett act
as Deputy Clerk in Daniel Lee's absence. Motion was made by Eddie White to approve this recommendation, Seconded by Bill J Clem. Motion passed.
