1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER

Discussion: Meeting was called to order at 7:31 p.m. by Board President,
Eddie White

2. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE BOARD ACTION REGARDING
THE CONTRACT WITH CWA GROUP.

Discussion: Mr. Thompson recommended terminating the agreement with CWA Group
for cause. Very early in our relationship with CWA, they gave us reason to
believe they were not going to provide services in line with our expressed
wishes for the projects. CWA's actions have caused us to lose confidence
in their ability to properly complete the project within our established budget.
As a result, cause exists to terminate the contract for cause.

Motion Passed:

Board President, Eddie White, made a motion that we terminate the agreement with CWA Group for cause as stated by the Superintendent, and that the Superintendent notify CWA of this action. This motion, made by Eddie White and seconded by Daniel Lee, Passed.

No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.

3. DISCUSSION ON BOND PROJECTS WITH NO ACTION TO
BE TAKEN.

Discussion: Board discussed Bond projects with no action taken.

4. ADJOURNMENT
