Discussion:
Bill Booth addressed the board regarding the proposed merger with Scribner Snyder Community Schools. Renae Meyer addressed the board as a parent of students in the district regarding the proposed merger. Jolynn Hull addressed the board as a parent of students that have attended Logan View regarding the proposed merger.

Superintendent Klein reported on the end of the first quarter, implementation of Standards Based Grading, recent safety drills,Veteran's Day program, and upcoming calendar dates.

Assistant Principal/Activities Director Larsen reported on fall sports and upcoming activities.

Discussion:
Discussion was held regarding the 2018-2019 audit. Discussion was held regarding the possible merger with Scribner Snyder Community Schools and the process up to this point. Bobby Truhe of KSB School Law gave a presentation covering the laws relating to the reorganization process. Committee and future meeting reminders were given. A special joint board meeting with the boards of Logan View Public Schools and Scribner Snyder Community Schools will be held on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at Scribner Snyder Community Schools. The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.
