1. Opening Procedures

1.1. Call to Order

Discussion: Chairman Runge called the regular meeting to order at 8:04 p.m.

1.2. Pledge of Allegiance

Discussion: The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Joy Escen.

1.3. Open Meetings Act

Discussion: Chairman Runge noted the meeting would follow the open meeting act.

1.4. Verification of Publication and Notification

Discussion: The agenda was posted in all school buildings and the meeting notice was published in The Columbus Telegram on 4/29/2025.

1.5. Roll Call

Discussion: Eric Stuthman notified the Board that he would be late to the meeting.

Eric Stuthman joined the meeting at 8:24 p.m.

Discussion:

Mr. Borer gave an update on semester exams, the student Chromebook check in process, and updates to the Junior High and High School schedule for the 2025-2026 school year.
Mrs. Craven and Mr. Nygren discussed Field Trip schedules, Elementary Track and Field Day, Preschool Graduation, Summer School, Teacher Appreciation Week, and NSCAS, ACT, FastBridge, and MAP testing.
Mr. Krueger gave an update on Spring sports and activities.
