Utilized the Hemingford Leadership Profile sheet that was developed during the superintendent search. Mr. Isom: Shared that the admin team has started EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP: Effective Teacher Model Integration-Marzano BUDGET MANAGEMENT FACILITIES LEADERSHIP: Budget work is in progress. STAFF LEADERSHIP: New staff seems to fit our mold. DISTRICT CLIMATE LEADERSHIP: Mr. Isom fells that this is a solid group and climate is very good.
