Discussion:
Dr. Offner is working on classified wages and is able to get all the contracts done and sent out. Building update, the committee met about projects coming up and things that need to be prioritized on what we need to do. I will work with Shelly and Brandon on new staff. We are gathering information on updating the code of conduct. The master contract is done and ready for signature.I have met with all three banks and those changes will be wrapped up by June. I will be gone on family vacation in May 2026. Letter of intent will be sent out this month. We are still working on finding a HS football coach.

3.1.a. Justin Knight and I have reviewed sections 1000–3000 of the new policies. 4000 and 5000 deal with staff and students and may take a full month. The goal is still to get it to you for approval by early summer.
