Discussion:
Marcia Herring from NASB discussed facilitating goal-setting for the new Superintendent. Discussion was had and was based upon 5 points. Budget and Finance Leadership, Facilities Leadership, Staff Leadership, Student Achievement and Learning Leadership and Community and General Leadership.
