2.e. Recommend approval of Pay Request #14 in the amount of $308,802.27 to Building Crafts, Inc., for the WPC Grit Improvements project, to the Mayor and City Council.

4. RESOLUTIONS

4.a. Resolution Number 26-1 designating how reasonable advance publicized notice is given for Board of Public Works meetings.

4.b. Recommend a resolution entering into the Second Amendment to the Tower and Ground Space Lease between the City and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, for the water tower located at 1203 North 19th Street, Beatrice, Nebraska, to the Mayor and City Council.

4.c. Recommend a resolution adopting the One- and Six-Year Road and Street Plan for 2027, to the Mayor and City Council.
