V - categorized businesses, guide for users TD - public? V - yes, more for those who don't know. lots has changed downtown, good for visitors website on hold - merger talks, pending outcome will determine how to move forward booms at 46% ally from Main STreet 2 business training scheduled - 7/28 & 8/25 - first marketing workshop good quality working with city & RAISE grant quarterly reports & financial 75% monthly newsletter - out 1st of month, just under 1500 recipients $50,000 t-mobile grant application submitted - additional Christmas lights, event fencing & alley mural lighting - end of august will announce if received TF - all or nothing? V - all or nothing 4 businesses reached out planning/startups in progress 4 businesses opened - few more now - new businesses - all year long, music yoga, zo's, 2 others - vintage sisters & _____ country store, within timeframe downtonw properties - 5 commercial inquiries re lease/sale 3 currently or upcoming renovations community leadership & involvement received Gage county tourism - Be@trice ampaighn - outstanding award YOuth coloring page - historic preservation MSA - conference in Philadelphia, PA - other towns for creativity, tall bell tower, murals on top of buildings - Franklin LA - lamp post historic claim of fame - conduct dinner under lamp post event blighted historic neighborhood artist thriving & artist district is now where dr/lawers want to live - out of the box creativity ribfest - extended to 2 local entrepreneurial girls - saving money for DC Trip - pulling in youth, great opportity to join & participate in events beer & wine - 247 attendees; kansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee & Tx, loved event & location Ribfest - 643 - Pickrell locker - 2 canceled due to heat, attendance down 50%, overall attendees had great time & enjoyed food & music taste of downtown 8/23 Night of Great Pumpkin October - date TBD | ||

corral crossing - grading work going on, waterilne has been installed 4th & 5th STreet - improvements still waiting for schedule water park - aquatic study ongoing, waters edge up last week as part of assessment, background at this point, will report to committee when assessment is complete. dempsers, airport, landfill, Lincoln street TF - demisters thanks, no snag?? TT - not that aware, roll offs back there, going smoothly TD - hangar project on stall? TT - waiting for feds to release money, has been slow. MM - 1 or 2 reviewing administration's requirements, FAA is starting to see movement. just a capacity issue to have office review & out, same with RAISE Grant | ||
