3.a. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering declaring an area to be substandard and blighted and to consider adopting a redevelopment plan for Redevelopment Area #13.

4. RESOLUTIONS

4.a. Resolution Number 25-10 recommending to the Beatrice City Council that Redevelopment Area #13 be declared substandard and blighted area in need of redevelopment as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §18-2103 and to consider the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Area #13.
