I. CALL TO ORDER - BILL OEMICHEN, CHAIR

II. CLOSED SESSION:
The Committee will entertain a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85 (1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session (Negotiations regarding referendum projects). The Committee may take action in closed session, if necessary and appropriate. Thereafter, the Committee will entertain a motion to reconvene into open session. After reconvening into open session, the Committee may take further action that is necessary and appropriate. The Committee will then entertain a motion to adjourn. |
