I. CALL TO ORDER

II. CLOSED SESSION: The Board will entertain a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85 (1) (e) as appropriate to, negotiate utility connections for the 4K-2 Primary School. The Board may take action in closed session, if necessary and appropriate. Thereafter, the Board of Education will entertain a motion to reconvene into open session. After reconvening into open session, the Board may take further action that is necessary and appropriate. The Board will then entertain a motion to adjourn.
