III. CLOSED SESSION: The Committee will entertain a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85 (1) (e), as appropriate to negotiate utility connections for the 4K-2 Primary School. The Committee may take action in closed session, if necessary and appropriate. Thereafter, the Committee will entertain a motion to reconvene in open session. After reconvening into open session, the Committee may take further action that is necessary and appropriate. The Committee will then entertain a motion to adjourn.
