5. Consider authorizing the superintendent or designee to make additional needed budget amendments in order to close out the 2023-2024 school year.  (Action Required) 

6. Public Hearing: Consider 2024-2025 Sunray Collegiate ISD Operating Budget (Action Required) 

7. Northwest Texas Shared Services Arrangement 2024-2025 Budget (Action Required)

AN AMENDED AND RESTATED RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SUNRAY COLLEGIATE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT MAINTENANCE TAX NOTES, TAXABLE SERIES 2024; LEVYING A TAX AND PROVIDING FOR THE SECURITY FOR AND PAYMENT THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR THE AWARD OF THE SALE; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A NOTE PURCHASE CONTRACT AND A PAYING AGENT/REGISTRAR AGREEMENT; AND ENACTING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO
