9.a. Action Item 01-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the CHO field trip request to Edinboro, PA for the Edinboro Highland Games from September 10 -12, 2021. 

9.b. Action Item 02-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the CHO field trip request to Mentor, OH from September 26-26, 2021, to perform at the Ohio Celtic Festival.

9.c. Action Item 03-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board accept a donation in excess of $1,000 from the Chelsea Kiwanis Club to support those families who do not qualify for our GSRP Pre-school but still require financial assistance. 

9.d. Action Item 04-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the appointment of Heather Conklin as a Co-Chair to the Reproductive Health Advisory Committee (RHAC).

9.e. Action Item 05-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the hiring of Kelsey Zagata as a teacher at North Creek Elementary and be placed on BA Step 1 of the CEA Master Agreement.

9.f. Action Item 06-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the hiring of Michelle Parling as a teacher at North Creek Elementary and be placed on MA Step 6 of the CEA Master Agreement.

9.g. Action Item 07-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the hiring of Madeline Keating as a teacher at North Creek Elementary and be placed on BA Step 1of the CEA Master Agreement.

9.h. Action Item 08-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the hiring of Sarah Obenauf as a teacher at South Meadows Elementary and be placed on BA Step 4 of the CEA Master Agreement.

9.i. Action Item 09-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the hiring of Michaela Hanrath as a part-time Art teacher at South Meadows Elementary and be placed on BA Step 1of the CEA Master Agreement.

9.j. Action Item 10-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the hiring of Kimberly Goonis as an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) teacher at the WSEC and be placed on MA Step 3 of the CEA Master Agreement.

17. Action Item  15-21-22. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board ratify the 2021-2022 Tentative Agreement between the Washtenaw County Education Association/Chelsea Education Association, MEA/NEA and the Chelsea School District Board of Education that was executed and signed by both parties on August 18, 2021.
