Approve procurement of the Borger ISD Middle School Footbal Field: Turf and Irrigation project using the Competitive Sealed Proposal Method per the Texas Education Code, Chapter 44, Subchapter B.

Approve the evaluation committee members to score and rank proposals for the Borger ISD Middle School Football Field: Turf and Irrigation project. Authorize this committee to make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees to award a construction contract for this project.

Approve the evaluation criteria and weighting for a Competitive Sealed Proposal for the construction of the Borger ISD Middle School Football Field: Turf and Irrigation Project.

Authorize Clifton Stephens, Superintendent along with BISD's attorney Craig Jones, to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the City of Borger to grant a five foot wide public utility easement to the City of Borger along the eastern property line of the Middle School / Crockett Elementary site bounded by Kaye street to the north and Tristram Street to the south.
