12.l. Consider Approval of Stantec Architecture for the 2023 Bond Program, as the most qualified firm to perform services in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2254; and authorize the superintendent to negotiate and execute the contract. 

12.m. Consider declaring property located at 2900 Acton School Road surplus and order an appraisal for the board to consider future sale of property.

12.n. Consideration and possible action to name a TASB delegate and alternate for the 2023 Texas Association of School Boards delegate assembly.
