1. CALL TO ORDER
Discussion:
Mr. Benedict called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm

1.a. Announce Quorum
Discussion:
A quorum was present. Mrs. Whitaker and Mr. Wren were absent. Mr. Fryer gave the invocation and led the pledge

2. Canvass May 4, 2024 Board of Trustee Election Results
Discussion:
The results of the trustee election were presented. For the two expired terms: Jeff Wright had 306 votes, followed by Eric Chavers at 298 and Blake Robinson at 233. Jeff Write and Eric Chavers were elected for 3-year terms. For the 1 year, non-expired term, Ashlee Daniel had 307 votes and Cody Roller had 152 votes. Ashlee Daniel was elected to the remaining 1-year of the seat term.

3. SWEAR IN ELECTED BOARD MEMBERS
Discussion:
Sharon Gibson swore in Jeff Wright, Eric Chavers, and Ashlee Daniel as new board of trustees.
