1. CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Discussion:
Board President Robert Frost called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM with a quorum of board members present. Superintendent Bryan Allen was also present. Other Clyde CISD personnel in attendance included Dr. Paula Kinslow, Kasey Adkins, Joshua Parker, John Odom, Casey Hodges, Jamie Munoz, Erin Davis, Mildred Petty, Gerald Jordan, Heather Baker, Stacy Phillips, and Jennifer Wilson.

Discussion:
The invocation was led by Jay Louder.

3. PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE
Discussion:
Robert Frost led the pledges of allegiance.

4. SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS AND PRESENTATIONS
Discussion:
Principals Josh Parker, John Odom, Casey Hodges and Jamie Munoz introduced their campus Employees of the Month. Those recognized included:
Elementary: Bethany Stevens, Melinda Kirksey Intermediate: Charity Heimerman, Renee Waggoner Jr High: Elaine Broadus-Charlton, Ryan Daniell High School: Kara Barbee Assistant Principals Mildred Petty, Erin Davis, and Gerald Jordan received a recognition certificate from Bryan Allen in honor of Assistant Principals week. Lori Goldston was acknowledged, and a certificate will be presented to her at a later date. Intermediate Light House children were presented with awards. The Leader in Me Honor Choir sang "You Can Count on Me Like 1, 2, 3." Led by Mrs. McGuire |

Description:

Discussion:
Bryan Allen noted that the next Board Meeting, scheduled for May 18, 2026, conflicts with the Clyde High School Athletic Banquet. The meeting will either be rescheduled or canceled, with the final decision contingent upon staff and Board availability.
