Let the record show that a quorum of Board Members is present, that this meeting has been duly called, and that notice of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

3. Discussion and Possible Action to Accept the Application of Apex Clean Energy Holdings for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, to Authorize the Superintendent to Review the Application for Completeness, and to Submit to the Comptroller

4. Discussion and Possible Action to Retain Consultants to Assist the District in Processing of Application Submitted by Apex Clean Energy Holdings
