1. Call to order of members present

2. Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to setting the maturities, date, time and place of the bond sale.

Motion to appoint Geri Ayers as acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to setting the maturities, date, time and place of the bond sale. This motion, made by Andrew Ewbank and seconded by Cory Moore, passed.

3. Board to consider and take action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $750,000 General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds of this School District and designating bond counsel for this issuance of bonds.

Motion to hold a Bond Sale of the $750,000 General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds of this School District in the Board Room at the Chisholm Administration Building 205 Utah, Enid, OK 73701 at 12:00p.m., on October 10, 2023. Terry L. Hawkins of Phillips P.C. is designated as counsel for the issuance of bones. This motion, made by Andrew Ewbank and seconded by Geri Ayers, passed.
